General Terms:

Cancellation Policy
St. Martin Online will retain the full amount of the deposit. There will be no additional penalty for cancellations received twenty-one (21) days in winter season and seven (7) days during summer season. The Princess Resort will retain a three (3) nights cancellation fee for reservations that are cancelled within this period. A cancellation number will be issued as proof of cancellation. Bookings made during the Heineken Regatta are subject to a 3 night penalty, charged by the resort, for all cancellations made at least 30 days in advance to the date of arrival. These 3 nights will be charged by the Princess port de Plaisance at the time of booking. In addition, the remaining balance will charged by the hotel within 30 days of arrival. Therefore, the entire amount of the booking is charged in advance and is subject to penalty if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival.
No Show Policy
No Show Policy: In addition to the Cancellation Policy above: The Princess Resort on St. Maarten will charge the client a (3) night charge for no-shows.
Check-In/Check-Out Time
Check-In time is anytime after 4:00pm. Check-Out time is at noon.
